Voltage is a market decision

A blender for Europe, North America and the Middle East may require different voltage and frequency versions. The same housing design can often be adapted, but the internal electrical configuration, plug, rating label and test documentation must match the destination market.

Before sampling, confirm whether the product will be sold as 220-240 V, 120 V or another regional configuration. This prevents confusion when comparing quotations from different factories.

Rated power should match real usage

High wattage can be attractive in marketing, but buyers should evaluate power together with blade structure, jar shape, noise, heat and duty cycle. A compact blender, full-size jug blender and hand blender may all use different power ranges because the use cases are different.

For product pages and retail packaging, keep the rated power consistent across quotation, sample label, manual and carton information.

Materials and capacity affect both cost and perception

Jar material, cup material, housing finish and stainless-steel blade grade influence user perception and product positioning. Capacity also matters: a 700 ml travel tumbler, a 1.5 L jug and a multi-cup mini blender set serve different consumer scenarios.

When comparing suppliers, confirm the actual materials, not only the product photo. Buyers should also check whether food-contact parts can support the target market's documentation requirements.

Safety and packaging are part of compliance planning

Safety lock design, stable base construction, blade assembly, cord specification and instruction language all affect market readiness. Packaging is also part of the product system: it protects the appliance during transport and supports retail presentation.

Before placing an order, align the model number, voltage, power, material, capacity, carton quantity, accessory list and inspection requirements in one approved specification sheet.
